📦 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • It must be in the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@skills4u.online with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping address and simple instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item sent.

💰 Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@skills4u.online within 7 days of receiving the item.
